If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the undamaged and unworn item in its original condition within 30 days from the order ship date for a full refund* (excludes any shipping fees from the original transaction).

Because our jewelry is handmade-to-order, accounts with high volume returns (more than 2) will receive a restocking fee for any returns from the third return onwards.

*Personalized and custom-made pieces are non-refundable.

Within 90 days of the order ship date, customers are eligible for the following services (excludes custom-made pieces):

  • One free exchange for the same product in a size or color (if applicable) or for a product of equal or lesser value (no refunds will be given for exchanging to an item of lesser value)
  • Free ring sizing (limited to the ring’s sizing capacity). 
  • Free refinishing. Includes cleaning, polishing, and rhodium.

    Maintenance & Repairs

    All customers are eligible to send in their Annello jewelry every twelve months for tightening, refinishing and cleaning.

    Customers are only responsible for the shipping charges. We also offer low cost insured labels to customers who would like to save on shipping. Shipping costs $45 per label, each way. Cost subject to change without notice.
