Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the undamaged and unworn item in its original condition within 30 days from the ship date for a full refund* (excludes any shipping fees from the original transaction).
Because our jewelry is handmade-to-order, accounts with high volume returns (more than 2) will receive a restocking fee of 10% for each piece on every returned order.
*Personalized engraved pieces** are also subject to a 10% restocking fee.
**Monogram pieces (e.g. signet rings, initial pendants, etc.) are non-refundable.
Custom-made orders may be non-refundable or only eligible for a partial refund.
30 Day guarantee, exchanges, or resizes do not apply to orders outside the United States.
Within 90 days of the ship date, customers are eligible for the following services:
- One free exchange for the same product in a different ring size (if applicable) or for a product of equal or higher value (excludes custom orders).
- Free ring sizing (limited to the ring’s sizing capacity).
- Free refinishing. Includes cleaning, polishing, and rhodium.
Maintenance & Repairs
All customers are eligible to send in their Annello jewelry every six months to a year for tightening, refinishing or cleaning at no cost.
Customers are only responsible for the shipping charges. We also offer low cost insured labels to customers who would like to save on shipping. Shipping costs $35 per label, subject to change.
